Years of my life were spent shoveling ice cream before bedtime. Now, my list of food sensitives and allergies seems to be a mile long due to an autoimmune condition. Determined not to give up all of life's pleasures, I created this paleo-friendly milkshake one night when I had a crazy craving for something frozen and satisfying. This milkshake really is the best ever. It's creamy, frothy, and makes me feel less deprived of all the things I grew up eating, like my beloved ice cream.

DAIRY FREE MILKSHAKE
8 OZ. ARROY-D COCONUT CREAM
1 TBSP COLLAGELATIN OR GRASS-FED HYDROLIZED GELATIN
1/2 TSP VANILLA BEAN POWDER
1/8 TSP CINNAMON
6-8 ICE CUBES + 1-2 TBSP FILTERED WATER
Add all of the ingredients to a blender and pour into your favorite milkshake glass (mine happens to be a wide-mouth jar).
Need more sweet? Add a teaspoon of raw honey or maple syrup.
