If you subscribe to my newsletter, you will have seen this already! But I wanted to create a space to come back to these gift ideas on my website.

I want to experience a peaceful Advent season, especially this year. One of our Advent traditions is to light the Advent wreath every night before dinner, and sing one verse of O Come O Come Emmanuel. It is a time of preparation in our hearts and in our home. 

Back in 2017 when my son was in the NICU after birth, I ordered everything we needed for Christmas before his due date at the end of the month. Even with a hectic, stressful NICU stay, God gave us not only the gift of the Child Jesus, but also of a homecoming for our son. Advent was filled with excitement, and I never panic-shopped or had to deal with crowds. 

 Every year, I shop for our loved ones in November, and enjoy the anticipation of Christmas with more peace. I created a series of gift guides for you that I hope simplify your shopping experience this year. Be mindful that shipping dates are taking much longer, and the cutoff for most online retailers is around December 10th.
