Caramel Bronze Glow Makeup
After snowstorm Jonas left us in the house with an almost-two-year old for a few days, I was dreaming of vistas from The Virgin Islands, Cruzan rum drinks, and that beachy glow. Instead of hopping on a plane, I rummaged through my makeup for some warm brown toned eyeshadows and a caramel lip.
EYES
After my normal face makeup routine, I used Charlotte Tilbury's Dolce Vita palette for my eyes. After applying an eyeshadow base, I swept the bronze color from the bottom right of the quad all over my lid with a flufffy brush. With my ring finger, I dabbed a little of the amber glitter in the center of my lid for a little light-catching sparkle.
Then, I used a long-wearing black eyeliner on the outer corners of my eyes for a cat-like shape. I topped off the lid look with a generous amount of black mascara.
CHEEKS
To warm up my winter complexion, I dusted a matte bronzer over my cheekbones, around my hairline, and down my neck with what was left on the brush.
LIPS
For the final touch, I added a creamy caramel tone lipstick by Butter London called Free.
